Jonika Hoomes

Founder of Integralis Leadership and a former Google executive with a combined 23 years of experience in global strategic partnerships, product go-to-market, and organizational growth. As Google’s first hire from Albania, she held leadership roles across Ads, Android, and Cloud—including scaling billion-dollar businesses through Google’s most strategic partnerships, and culminating in her role as Chief of Staff for Google’s global developer community. A lifelong learner, Jonika holds an MBA from Santa Clara, executive training from Duke University, is a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation, and trained in product strategy at Stanford. Fluent in five languages, she lives in Silicon Valley with her husband and two daughters.
