Kaido Kukk has been serving as the Head of Dealer Loans at Iute Group, a Fintech based in Estonia, for the past four years. 

He leads the expansion of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) business across iute four key markets: Albania, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Moldova. That connects Iute with thousands of partners throughout the Balkans, enabling over 130,000 shoppers annually to purchase goods and services through instalment payments.

Kaido has played a pivotal role in Iute’s transformation toward a fully digital shopping experience. His efforts have introduced paperless, self-service checkout solutions across both online and physical retail channels. He emphasizes that paying in instalments—especially those with no additional cost to customers—has been enthusiastically embraced by both shoppers and merchants in the region. According to Kaido, one of the critical success factors has been the fast and seamless process made possible through digitalization.
